Pub Marquee For Rivos Hub in Sandford
Rivos Hub celebrated their first year in business at their new premises in Sandford. They asked us to provide a marquee to expand their seating capacity and house a band, so they didn’t lose valuable space inside.
The patio provided a ready-made flooring solution for the marquee, so we installed over it and ensured the marquee was joined to the building, allowing a seamless route from the pub to the marquee for guests.
Festoons were chosen as the marquee lighting option, with two lines running the length of the marquee roof. These are simple but effective, and plug into the pub’s 13-amp outdoor socket.
Windows can be installed into any wall section. In this case, the pub landlord opted for just two along the length, which helped retain some atmosphere when the band was playing.
In this instance Rivos Hub only needed the marquee for a single weekend but we regularly do marquee installs for pubs who want it over a longer period of time. This is quick and easy solution to increase seating capacity for busy periods enabling the business to maximise their revenue.
