Booking a marquee for your garden is a straight forward process. After establishing the size of marquee you need to accommodate your guests the next thing to check is to see if the marquee will fit.
You can either measure the space yourself if you are confident, send us some pictures if you need some help, or if needed a site visit can be arranged to book a member of the team to come and survey the site.
Next up you need to verify the access is ok. As 90% of garden marquees are pitched on a back garden, walking our products down the side of your property would be considered normal. If you have additional complications then let us know prior to booking and if in doubt just give us a call.
Upon delivery the team will turn up and be self sufficient unless power is needed for products like lighting. After the install someone should be present to take responsibility for the handover.
The team will be back to dismantle and collect on the pre-arrange date.
A standard hire period is 3 days, thats made up of one day for install, your event day and then the dismantle.
That said we sometimes have to install before and take down after this time frame. This will be discussed at the timer of booking.
Should you need the marquee hire period extended then that will not be a problem, and depending on the time frame, a cost will be calculated.

One of the most common questions and something we regularly do.
As our marquees are frames with no external ropes, they lend themselves to butting up to buildings. We also have options to marquee over doorways, including bifolds.
Butting our frame up to your house will ensure a good seal between the 2 and will in most cases suffice.
In some circumstances we use our full seal kit, however this does mean drilling into your house with a minimum of 4 small holes to give us a fixing.
Over a 3 day hire period the grass often look untouched after use. It is very resilient and will recover quickly if effected.
Our pro flooring os very good for allowing air flow which also helps.
