Dear Neil

We are writing this email to say how impressed we are with the outstanding service we have received from your company with reference to the Dorset County Show.

Trevor arrived on site to erect the marquis as agreed at 7am on the Thursday only to find the the space allocated had been encroached upon by our neighbouring trader. Trevor stayed on site in order to help resolve the issue which was greatly appreciated.

The following day at 12 noon Trevor was back again and and as the marquis next to our pitch had been moved to the correct position was able to erect our marquis in super quick time. It allowed us to then get ourselves organised for the opening the following morning. The marquis was sturdy, clean, tidy and served our purpose perfectly.

When it came to the dismantling, once again your service was exemplary, your company allowed us to take our time to dismantle our stand and all the contents which we were extremely thankful for.

Thank you so very much for your patience, professionalism and understanding. We are immensely grateful and would highly recommend Camelot Marquees. We look forward to working with you again.

Morning Neal,

I don’t know where to start with my thanks to you and your fantastic team.

As soon as you arrived for the first meeting I knew you were going to provide us with a fabulous service. We loved your “can do” attitude and positive approach to what we all knew was a tricky space. But it worked and it was a triumph!

All your team were friendly and helpful and oh so efficient! I couldn’t believe how quickly it all disappeared again, it was like a magical dream after a couple of days except for the unbelievable amounts of empty bottles!

We were blessed with good weather and seeing what has come this week I feel even luckier. The whole wedding seems to have been sprinkled with fairy dust!

I’ve paid your invoice from our business account so that should arrive today.

Thank you once again, I will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends locally and I sincerely hope we need another marquee in the future.

All very different requests of winter birthday parties, summer lunch for an 80th with much needed protection from British summer and a wedding marquee.  Every time, Neal understands exactly what we are looking for, is mindful of the budget and responds so quickly with all the information.  It has made throwing a large party, which is daunting, easier with Camelot taking care of so much of the important details.  Providing tables, chairs (in different designs), lighting, heating and decoration depending on how much dressing up the marquee needs. On arrival they literally get the party started! There have never been any hitches, prices are completely worth their hard work and what they provide.  Neal is more than happy to add or take away elements if things are not quite right on the day. We had clear plastic windows in the roof and side panels which enabled our quests to see the beginning and dramatic Corfe Castle throughout! Great communication throughout, arrived on site when arranged, even during some terrible weather, and nothing has been too much trouble.
