Marquee hire round up
Marquee hire in Dorset has been busy this week so I thought i’d provide a quick round up of what the Camelot team has been up to. The start of the week saw us taking various structures down from last weekend, a wedding, and some smaller event marquees with varying degrees of interiors.
With the wedding season well underway we had a couple of different wedding events on this week, the picture above illustrates one we done at East Holme for Max and Ella who are due to be wed tomorrow. The clear windows are becoming increasingly popular among the wedding marquee crowd and they are a must if you have a view that needs taking advantage of.
For one reason or another we are doing a few of these smaller structures for bars lately. The left hand picture is of Salterns Marina in Sandbankes, Poole. Here we had a 6m x 6m marquee (seen on the right of the picture) which is holding a bar ready for the 2013 Boat Show on the 11th and 12th. This is the 3rd year the boat show has been running and its very popular, you can attend on either day from 10am – 5pm. Another 6m x 6m has been erected for a beer festival in Christchurch.
The marquee hired to the right is for a brilliant event at Swanage and Wareham rugby club, organised by Shaun Knight and Lee Maskery. The event, titled “Back to the 70s and 80s part 2” is the second year running and it is a sell out with 300 people attending. This is a one night event (10th May) which offers live entertainment from the 70s and 80s with food and drink available through out the evening.
